Who will deliver my parcel?

We will ship your items via DPD, then it will be transferred to our delivery partner FedEx or UPS.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

We do not ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses.
For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will shipping take?

Orders placed will be delivered within 5-7 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday, as orders will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.

"I am between a 10 & 12 - I bought a 12 which fit very well. The coat has a lovely slim shape, which is flattering, and I love the fluffy hood. The coat is very warm and definitely waterproof (I’ve worn it in the rain) but didn’t make me feel too hot on a walk. I am 5’11’ with long arms - the coat arms are slightly short on me but longer than other similar coats I’ve tried. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase"
