Dermizax-lined shooting product warranty: All shooting garments that utilise Toray Dermizax technical membranes are covered by a five-year warranty.
Technical products warranty: Our cutting-edge technical products, developed to meet the highest standards of performance and reliability, come with a two-year warranty.
All other products warranty: For our full range of non-technical items, we offer a one-year warranty, ensuring that you can enjoy them with complete peace of mind.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship. If an issue arises, our dedicated customer service team is here to assist, ensuring that your experience with Schöffel Country reflects our promise of quality.

1. To initiate a warranty claim, please reach out to returns@schoffelcountry.com or complete the contact form below. Our dedicated team will promptly send you an email with detailed instructions on the next steps to proceed. Please ensure you have proof of purchase when claiming.
2. Upon conducting an inspection, we will promptly notify you directly regarding the item's warranty status and outline the resolution process, which may involve either repair or replacement. For repairs requiring external expertise not available in-house, we collaborate with our trusted repair partner, Scottish Mountain Gear, equipped with genuine Schöffel spare parts. In cases where the claim is not deemed a valid warranty issue, we still extend the option of limited in-house repairs, such as popper replacement. Should an out-of-warranty repair be necessary, please contact Scottish Mountain Gear directly through their website.
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects: Issues that occur due to errors in the production process.
- Faults in materials or workmanship: Problems with fabric, stitching, zippers, or other components.
Should you encounter any of these issues, our dedicated customer service team will assist you in repairing, replacing, or refunding the item as appropriate.
The warranty does not include:
- General wear and tear from regular use.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
- Alterations or repairs made by third parties.
We recognise that Schöffel products are considered long-term investments by our customers, who expect durability. The warranty periods for our primary categories are outlined below; however, we anticipate that with proper care, our products can endure well beyond these timeframes. Maintenance involves adhering to the washing instructions found on the garment labels, addressing any pilling on fleece or jumpers as needed, and periodically reproofing waterproof garments. These measures ensure the longevity of our products beyond the specified warranty periods.
Ski warranty
All ski salopettes and jackets purchased directly from our website are covered by a five (5) year manufacturer’s warranty.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly through our official website. Any warranty claims relating to ski garments purchased through an authorised stockist or third-party retailer must be submitted directly to the store or retailer where the item was originally purchased.
We are unable to process warranty claims for products not purchased directly from our website.
