Who will deliver my parcel?

We will ship your items via DPD, then it will be transferred to our delivery partner FedEx or UPS.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

We do not ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses.
For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will shipping take?

Orders placed will be delivered within 5-7 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday, as orders will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.

"I am very pleased with this jacket. It is nicely shaped at the waist and fits true to size. Very light and has been very warm. There is a hidden elastic inside the cuffs to keep you warm and I like the two outer zipped pockets and the inner pocket is also zipped. I also like the velvety lining on the collar. My only negative is that it would have liked a little carrying pouch to come with it, for when you want to roll the jacket up small when travelling."
