  • Your item will be shipped from our distribution centre in the Midlands, UK.
  • We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico.

Can I amend my shipping address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team. You can reach them via our contact page or by customercareusa@schoffelcountry.com.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • We will ship your items via DPD, then it will be transferred to our delivery partner FedEx or UPS.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will shipping take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 5-7 working days. 
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.

Do I need to pay tax with my order?

  • At checkout, any applicable customs duties and taxes for your order will be calculated for you.

I looked at several brands (all cheaper than Schoffel) however non matched their quality, so took the plunge and ordered the Oakham Hybrid. I am thoroughly delighted with my purchase! It looks smart, the garment feels excellent quality, it is perfect for layering or just as good as a light weight jacket. I particularly like the inside zipped pocket which is perfect for carrying my wallet or car keys. I have had quite a few comments of admiration from friends and colleagues saying how nice it looks especially distinctive the petrol blue colour. (perfect fit to size chest 40)"

"Ordered the 36 as I am a 38-40” chest and the size guide suggested that. Fits perfectly. Very warm as an extra layer on top of a jumper but not too bulky. Haven’t owned any Schoffel clothing before but will definitely treat myself again in the future. It’s not the cheapest of garments but the quality does speak for itself. Looks nice casual or wearing with slightly smarter gear."
