At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.

Who will deliver my parcel?

We will ship your items via DPD, then it will be transferred to our delivery partner FedEx or UPS.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

We do not ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses.
For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will shipping take?

Orders placed will be delivered within 5-7 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday, as orders will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.
Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or bank holidays.

Arrived in no time at

"Arrived in no time at all in a sensibly sized box , beautifully presented and packed. The Toffee colour is rich in tone and fitted perfectly across the chest with lovely high neck and surprisingly long in the body unlike most that end at your waist which is fantastic as it will be extremely cosy . Beautifully detailed in the piping , pockets and the zip that works both from the bottom and the top which will be very convenient . I can’t vouch for its insulation properties as it arrived on a day that peaked at 32C but I feel I’m going to look fabulous this winter and if I look good Schōffel looks good ."
