  • Your order will be delivered by DPD, then it will be transferred to our delivery partner FedEx.
  • Your item will be shipped from our distribution centre in the Midlands, UK.
  • We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico.

Can I amend my shipping address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team. You can reach them via our contact page or by customercareusa@schoffelcountry.com.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • We will ship your items via DPD, then it will be transferred to our delivery partner FedEx or UPS.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will shipping take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 5-7 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday, as orders will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or bank holidays.

Do I need to pay tax with my order?

  • At checkout, any applicable customs duties and taxes for your order will be calculated for you.

"A well finished and good looking gilet. It's nice to find a extra small size that is actually not too big for me. After some considerable time the piping on my last Schoffel gilet finally gave out and it started to look shabby, so bought this to replace it. However, the price is quite high for an item that offers style over substance, so I will be purchasing a merino wool gilet to supplement this item from a known wolverine brand that better meets my needs."
