  • Your order will be delivered by DPD, then it will be transferred to our delivery partner FedEx.
  • Your item will be shipped from our distribution centre in the Midlands, UK.
  • We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico.

Can I amend my shipping address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team. You can reach them via our contact page or by customercareusa@schoffelcountry.com.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • We will ship your items via DPD, then it will be transferred to our delivery partner FedEx or UPS.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will shipping take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 5-7 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday, as orders will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or bank holidays.

Do I need to pay tax with my order?

  • At checkout, any applicable customs duties and taxes for your order will be calculated for you.

  • This allows you to see the final price before completing your purchase, with no hidden fees. This ensures that all import costs are covered, so you won't encounter additional charges upon delivery.

Biggest disappointment of my Schöffelling

"Biggest disappointment of my Schöffelling career - the fit was absolutely atrocious. Big gaping flaps around the shoulders made me look like something out of a bad 1980s sci-fi show. Craftsmanship was dire and absolutely not what I expect at this price from this brand. Noted also that this was Chinese-made so clearly some margins Ben g trimmed. Will not be buying this again - it’s gone straight back for a refund."
