  • Your item will be shipped from our distribution centre in the Midlands, UK.
  • We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico.

Can I amend my shipping address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team. You can reach them via our contact page or by customercareusa@schoffelcountry.com.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • We will ship your items via DPD, then it will be transferred to our delivery partner FedEx or UPS.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will shipping take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 5-7 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday, as orders will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or bank holidays.

Do I need to pay tax with my order?

  • At checkout, any applicable customs duties and taxes for your order will be calculated for you.

  • This allows you to see the final price before completing your purchase, with no hidden fees. This ensures that all import costs are covered, so you won't encounter additional charges upon delivery.

This is my first tweed

"This is my first tweed anything perhaps I’m mature enough now to say this coat looks and feels awesome. You could easily wear this in a smart situation or dress down walking to the pub. The fit for me is perfect I am not the tallest person you will meet but with broad shoulders so ordered the 46 ."

Rather disappointing

"Don’t get me wrong, the Banchory Tweed Coat is a tremendous piece of clothing. I purchased the coat and found the sizing was perfect and the quality of the coat was excellent, as one would expect of a coat from Schoffel for the price paid. My only gripe relates to the buttons. I purchased the coat and wore it twice, in consecutive days, however on the second day, two of the three buttons became unstitched. One had to be removed for fear of it dropping off altogether with the second also becoming lose and requiring the coat to be then permanently unbuttoned, through fear of losing that one as well! Not ideal on a cold December day. I duly contacted Schoffel who immediately asked that I send the coat back, (postage paid by them) and, only after prompting from myself, then sent me a replacement. I have then worn the second coat twice for the exact the same issue to occur once again. I would stress that I’m not overweight or trying to fit into a coat that is ill-fitting for my frame and so the buttons aren’t trying to contain an overweight man in denial of his true fit. Clearly the Chinese manufacturer needs to consider the process on which the buttons are attached to the coat to ensure that they don’t become unstitched on only the second wearing of the garment, or maybe this is a coat that shouldn’t be buttoned up at all. This does, sadly, take the shine off the coat and I’m now having to arrange for all of the buttons to be reattached properly, by a tailor, just so that I can use the second coat and button it up as designed. All rather disappointing!"
