Who will deliver my parcel?

We will ship your items via DPD, then it will be transferred to our delivery partner FedEx or UPS.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

We do not ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses.
For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will shipping take?

Orders placed will be delivered within 5-7 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday, as orders will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.
Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or bank holidays.

"This looked beautiful out of the packaging. It was quite generous size so if between sizes, you could go down. The issue I had was with the zip. The two sides would not connect properly to be able to close the zip. I wore it once open and unfortunately noticed heavy pilling of the wool after only the one wear. Having to send back for refund unfortunately. But helpful customer services."
