At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.

Who will deliver my parcel?

We will ship your items via DPD, then it will be transferred to our delivery partner FedEx or UPS.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

We do not ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses.
For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will shipping take?

Orders placed will be delivered within 5-7 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday, as orders will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.

"Having recently bought the Whittington version of this coat, I knew I was getting a top quality product which does exactly what it should. It keeps me dry and warm. The level of waterproofing and wind resistance is exceptional. I decided to buy this Snipe coat as a more day to day coat. The Whittington looks so stylish.
