  • Your order will be delivered by DPD, then it will be transferred to our delivery partner FedEx.
  • Your item will be shipped from our distribution centre in the Midlands, UK.
  • We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico.

Can I amend my shipping address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team. You can reach them via our contact page or by customercareusa@schoffelcountry.com.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • We will ship your items via DPD, then it will be transferred to our delivery partner FedEx or UPS.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will shipping take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 5-7 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday, as orders will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or bank holidays.

Do I need to pay tax with my order?

  • At checkout, any applicable customs duties and taxes for your order will be calculated for you.

"Absolutely love this coat It’s warm and light and the removable hood is perfect. I’ve been using it for going to London to work and I feel just as smart as I did when using my grandfather’s woollen overcoat- which isn’t as practical as this. The quality is excellent and the fit is true to size."

I have bought this Schoffel ‘Oundle Country Coat’, as already got and really like the numerous other ones I have – Ptarmigan &Twickenham; along with various fleeces, gilets and jumpers. This new Schoffel ‘Oundle’ one though is really superb - maybe the best and most versatile jacket I have ever had. I have been using and wearing it nearly every day since its arrival. "Excellent coat, keeps you warm without being bulky. Waterproof/wind proof and has a lovely moleskin touch finish. Great for shooting, walking the dog or looking smart. Ticks all the boxes, the price tag as with all Shöffel garments is high but you get what you pay for and will last years. 10/10 from me"
