  • Your order will be delivered by DPD, then it will be transferred to our delivery partner FedEx.
  • Your item will be shipped from our distribution centre in the Midlands, UK.
  • We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico.

Can I amend my shipping address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team. You can reach them via our contact page or by customercareusa@schoffelcountry.com.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • We will ship your items via DPD, then it will be transferred to our delivery partner FedEx or UPS.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will shipping take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 5-7 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday, as orders will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or bank holidays.

Do I need to pay tax with my order?

  • At checkout, any applicable customs duties and taxes for your order will be calculated for you.

  • This allows you to see the final price before completing your purchase, with no hidden fees. This ensures that all import costs are covered, so you won't encounter additional charges upon delivery.

"First time purchase from Shoffel and overall i am impressed. Firstly I have recently purchased several caps from Shoffel. My first purchase arrived promptly DPD tracked in soft packaging with some creasing but over a few days this dissappered. The next purchases arrived in protective boxes which was an improvement. The caps themselves i am extremely happy with. The material, fit, shape are better than caps i have purchased in the pass from other companies and the satin lining is pure class with rich colours which give a pure class touch.
