Delivery information

  • Orders placed using the standard delivery option will be delivered within 2-4 working days. If you have selected Next Day delivery at the checkout, your order will be delivered next working day if ordered before 2pm Monday - Thursday.
  • Your order will be delivered by DPD
  • Your item will be shipped from our distribution centre in the Midlands, UK.

FAQs

Can I amend my delivery address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team. You can reach them via our contact page or by support@schoffelcountry.com.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • Orders are delivered by DPD, with the exception of gift cards, which are sent via Royal Mail.
  • If you wish to receive an SMS with a timed delivery slot, please enter your mobile number at checkout.

Do you offer next day delivery?

  • Next day delivery is available for Mainland UK (excl. Scottish Highlands) on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday
  • Orders placed after the cut off of 2pm, will be dispatched the next working day, for delivery the following working day.
  • Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be dispatched the same day, but delivered on the following Monday.
  • Please note that Next Day delivery options are NOT available in: Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Northern Ireland & North of Aberdeen.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not deliver to a PO Box or BFPO addresses.
  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 2-4 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday, as orders will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or bank holidays.

How can I track my order?

  • To track your order, please click on the ‘Track my Order’ button on your ‘Order Dispatched’ email. This will directly link you to the DPD/Royal Mail website with your tracking number pre-filled.

"Great coat! The photos and description doesn't do it justice. There's so many amazing features in this coat that I didn't know it has until I received it. The other reviews say it's slim fitting, I found it ok. It's certainly not a baggy coat but the sizing is accurate I'd say. I'm usually a UK size 8 and 8 fits me perfectly with room for a jumper. So glad I gave this coat a go and didn't let the reviews deter me!"

"Well made good quality coat. Just the thing for going out in all weathers to feed and look after our animals. It would have got 5 stars but the press studs on the cuffs aren’t very strong and keep coming open all the time. So much so that I am considering cutting off the straps as they are constantly dangling in the way."

Lovely coat, but just not for me

"This 3 in 1 coat was a great bargain in the sale, lovely outer, large pockets and in a great colour, with lightweight zip out inner coat. Sadly it wasn't a great fit, and I had trouble with the zipper, and it put me off keeping the coat as I was concerned that the zip would break, so sent the coat back."
