  • Orders placed using the standard delivery option will be delivered within 2-4 working days. If you have selected Next Day delivery at the checkout, your order will be delivered next working day if ordered before 2pm Monday - Thursday.

Can I amend my delivery address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team. You can reach them via our contact page or by support@schoffelcountry.com.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • Orders are delivered by DPD, with the exception of gift cards, which are sent via Royal Mail.
  • If you wish to receive an SMS with a timed delivery slot, please enter your mobile number at checkout.

Do you offer next day delivery?

  • Next day delivery is available for Mainland UK (excl. Scottish Highlands) on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday
  • Orders placed after the cut off of 2pm, will be dispatched the next working day, for delivery the following working day.
  • Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be dispatched the same day, but delivered on the following Monday.
  • Please note that Next Day delivery options are NOT available in: Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Northern Ireland & North of Aberdeen.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not deliver to a PO Box or BFPO addresses.
  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 2-4 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday, as orders will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or bank holidays.

How can I track my order?

  • To track your order, please click on the ‘Track my Order’ button on your ‘Order Dispatched’ email. This will directly link you to the DPD/Royal Mail website with your tracking number pre-filled.

Manufacturing and customer service decline

"I am disappointed to report a decline in both customer service and manufacturing quality from what was once a favourite brand. After my beloved old Navy Schoffel Poppy jeans broke at the seam, I was compelled to purchase a replacement pair, as they had previously offered the perfect fit and exceptional comfort. For context, I had purchased two pairs of Poppy jeans, one in navy and the other in plum, approximately 18 months ago, both in size 10. Consequently, I bought another size 10 navy pair to replace the damaged ones. Regrettably, after wearing the new jeans for only a brief period, I noticed an excess of fabric at the crotch, resulting in an unflattering silhouette. Furthermore, this excess material produces an audible clicking sound with each step I take. Despite my attempts to wear them comfortably, these jeans fit poorly and differ significantly from my previous two pairs of size 10 Poppy jeans. A size 8 would not be a viable option, I am not a size 8. Given the cost of the jeans, I would expect them to be perfect every time. Upon reaching out to Schoffel regarding these issues, I was informed that the problem lies with sizing rather than poor manufacturing and there is nothing further they are will to do. This experience has led me to reconsider my loyalty to Schoffel, and I regret to say that they have lost a lifelong customer."

Expensive & Poor Quality

"Overpriced and underdelivered. I am a relatively new customer to Schoffel but I have already purchased 3 items of knitwear, a dress and a top. All excellent quality and worth the price. However, I am not able to give the same opinion for the Poppy Jeans in Dark Indigo. The fit is not overly large, as other reviews have suggested (a little snug at the waistband) and the fabric is not that soft. The stitching inside is untidy to poor. I have another pair of very similar jeans, bought elsewhere for £89, and they are far superior in fabric and the stitching is excellent. If I hadn’t purchased these directly from the Schoffel Website, I would almost wonder if they were legitimate. I have supplied 2 photos of the interior stitching of the Schoffel jeans and a comparison picture from the other brand that I reference in my review."
