  • Orders placed using the standard delivery option will be delivered within 2-4 working days. If you have selected Next Day delivery at the checkout, your order will be delivered next working day if ordered before 2pm Monday - Thursday.

  • Your item will be shipped from our distribution centre in the Midlands, UK.

Can I amend my delivery address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team. You can reach them via our contact page or by support@schoffelcountry.com.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • Orders are delivered by DPD, with the exception of gift cards, which are sent via Royal Mail.
  • If you wish to receive an SMS with a timed delivery slot, please enter your mobile number at checkout.

Do you offer next day delivery?

  • Next day delivery is available for Mainland UK (excl. Scottish Highlands) on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday
  • Orders placed after the cut off of 2pm, will be dispatched the next working day, for delivery the following working day.
  • Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be dispatched the same day, but delivered on the following Monday.
  • Please note that Next Day delivery options are NOT available in: Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Northern Ireland & North of Aberdeen.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not deliver to a PO Box or BFPO addresses.
  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 2-4 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday, as orders will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or bank holidays.

How can I track my order?

  • To track your order, please click on the ‘Track my Order’ button on your ‘Order Dispatched’ email. This will directly link you to the DPD/Royal Mail website with your tracking number pre-filled.

"I absolutely love my Schoffel gilet. It has quickly become the piece I reach for without even thinking about it — whether I’m heading out for a walk, visiting the farm or simply want an extra layer on a chilly day. I chose the navy and I’m so pleased I did. It looks lovely with jeans and my brown boots, but still feels smart enough to wear when I’m out and about. It’s warm without being bulky, comfortable enough to wear all day and, most importantly, makes me feel really good wearing it. I think the best clothes are the ones that become part of your everyday life, rather than something you save for special occasions. This is definitely one of those pieces for me. It’s practical, flattering and beautifully made — and I suspect I’ll be living in it for years to come!"

"Very comfortable and I love the way it feels, fits me perfectly and absolutely love the draw string as it give you the suck in feel. And it’s hidden away and you are the only person who can see it. Will be great for the autumn as it’s not too cold yet! And keeps you nice and warm. Would love to get more in future but unsure on what colours as they are all lovely, would love to try a quarter zip. Always been a fan of your products but never had the money to treat myself to one!
