FAQs

Can I amend my delivery address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team. You can reach them via our contact page or by support@schoffelcountry.com.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • Orders are delivered by DPD, with the exception of gift cards, which are sent via Royal Mail.
  • If you wish to receive an SMS with a timed delivery slot, please enter your mobile number at checkout.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not deliver to a PO Box or BFPO addresses.
  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 2-4 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday, as orders will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or bank holidays.

How can I track my order?

  • To track your order, please click on the ‘Track my Order’ button on your ‘Order Dispatched’ email. This will directly link you to the DPD/Royal Mail website with your tracking number pre-filled.

"I needed a lightweight, smart waterproof, and am not disappointed. Its a great top layer for an autumnal dog walk when you don’t want anything too hot. The pockets are a great size for all the necessary dog walking items. And the upper pockets are at a perfect height to rest your hands when lead free. Seams and zip are of a good quality. Packaging was a little excessive. Overall I’m very pleased with my Jacket."
