How to correctly measure your size:

Wear only underwear and no shoes.

The measuring tape should be laid loosely around the body, do not tighten. We recommend to be measured by a second person.

Measuring points:

1. Chest

Measure at the widest part of the chest below the arms. The arms hang down loosely.

2. Waist circumference

Measure at the narrowest point of your waist.

3. Hips

Measure at the widest part of your hips and buttocks.

4. Step length

Measure on the inside of your legs from the crotch to the soles.

5. Sleeve length

Measure from the centre back to the wrist. The arms are slightly bent.

Orders placed using the standard delivery option will be delivered within 2-4 working days. If you have selected Next Day delivery at the checkout, your order will be delivered next working day if ordered before 2pm Monday - Thursday.

Can I amend my delivery address?

At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.

Who will deliver my parcel?

Orders are delivered by DPD, with the exception of gift cards, which are sent via Royal Mail.
If you wish to receive an SMS with a timed delivery slot, please enter your mobile number at checkout.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Next day delivery is available for Mainland UK (excl. Scottish Highlands) on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday
Orders placed after the cut off of 2pm, will be dispatched the next working day, for delivery the following working day.
Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be dispatched the same day, but delivered on the following Monday.
Please note that Next Day delivery options are NOT available in: Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Northern Ireland & North of Aberdeen.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

We do not deliver to a PO Box or BFPO addresses.
For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

Orders placed will be delivered within 2-4 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday, as orders will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.
Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or bank holidays.

How can I track my order?

These waterproof ski trousers from Schöffel are your functional basic for reliable comfort on the piste. The performance membrane (10k mm/10k MVTR) and fully taped seams provide excellent wind and waterproofing, while the synthetic insulation with padding ensures cosy warmth without adding bulk. The classic, straight leg with pre-shaped knees and the 2-way stretch offer a high degree of freedom of movement that is tailored to the requirements of skiing. The infinitely adjustable waistband and detachable braces guarantee a customised fit. With two water-repellent zip pockets and reinforced leg cuffs for extra durability, these ski trousers are your perfect companion for the season.
