Excellent fit and quality

"I ordered 6 & 8 for my mum. She's 89 very slight and only about 4'9'' - the 8 fits her perfectly. The cut is lovely, someone else had commented that it looks tailoured and it does. Makes a change to find a down coat that isn't too long and looks like a shapeless sleeping bag! It's very well made and looks like a quality garment. She's thrilled as most things are way too big for her and also it's warm but lovely and light as well. Don't be put off by my review and my mum's age though! I'm 53, 5' 2'' and a size 10 generally and I would very happily have one of these if my mum hadn't liked it! (Although I would have needed a 10). Would pretty much suit any age group and is a timeless looking garment. I also like the fact that there's no plastic involved, it comes in a cardboard box that can easily be re-used for returns and you don't have to pay return postage. Bought in the 1/2 price sale, still expensive but worth the investment, however I wouldn't pay £400 for it as I think it is way over-priced at that!"

A gorgeous winter coat

"Cannot fault this coat, due to the compressed down it has a flattering and tight fit which looks almost tailored for what is a padded coat and keeps you super warm. The steel grey colour is something a bit different than the usual navy. Would highly recommend"
