"I haven't worn the jacket yet. Bought for autumn and onwards. But I'm delighted with the colour,quality and fit. It's very smart and functional. I bought size 16, my usual, and it's great. Room for a thick jumper,and for once the sleeves are long."

"Lovely coat but had to return as too small for my daughter. However, I was disappointed to see that despite the fabric coming from Scotland, the coat was made in China. As a premium brand, I expected the coat to made in Europe. I wont be buying Schoffel online again unless country of manufacture is shown."

"The delivery company stated that they had left the parcel with a neighbour and gave her name & photo. On checking the photo there was no parcel showing and the neighbour was not called the same as the delivery person had left. Contacted the supplier but no reply give for 3 days. In the end I contacted Schoffal direct and they were very helpful & a refund give promptly. However my partner didnt get the birthday present she wanted."
