The measurements are taken from the garment laid flat and are measured in CM. To get a circumference measurement you will need to double it.

Points of measure:

Bust – Typically 2.5cm below armhole
Waist – Typically 17cm below armhole
Hip – Typically 20cm below armhole
Hem –Bottom of the garment
