Schöffel Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1.      You can use a Schöffel Gift card to shop online at schoffelcountry.com (the Website) and can be used as part or full payment for any purchase made on the Website.

2.      Schöffel Gift cards are not able to be used on third-party websites or retail stores/shops.

3.      Gift cards will be posted to you or your chosen recipient with your own personal message. You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address to which a Gift card is to be sent. We are not responsible for replacement of any Gift card that is missing or lost or being sent to an incorrect recipient due to an incorrect address being provided to us when ordering the Gift card.

4.      You cannot use an Gift card to discharge indebtedness in respect of any credit card, nor can they be used for the purchase either directly or indirectly of any financial product or service, including Schöffel Gift cards or eGift cards.

5.      Please protect your Gift card and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged cards.

6.      The expiry date of the Gift card will be stated on it. If no expiry date is stated it will expire 24 months from purchase. We will not refund any balance remaining and we will invalidate the eGift card.

7.      Gift cards can only be purchased online via the Website with a minimum value of £50 and a maximum value of £1,000.

8.      Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9.      If you are using an Gift card online and the total order value is less than the value of the Gift card, any balance will remain on the Gift card and may be applied to future purchases, provided that the Gift card has not expired. For balance enquiries please contact our customer service team.

10.  Where goods you have purchased with an Gift card on our Website are subsequently exchanged for goods of a lower price or returned, monies owing will be refunded to an Gift card. This does not affect your statutory rights.

11.  If you place an order via the Website using a Gift card and subsequently cancel the order before delivery, monies owing will be refunded to your Gift card. This does not affect your statutory rights.

12.  We reserve the right to refuse to accept an Gift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.

13.  We reserve the right to amend the Gift card terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
