Can I amend my delivery address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please visit our withdrawal page or get in touch with our customer service team, who'll be happy to help. You can reach them via our contact page or by emailing support@schoffelcountry.com.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • Your order will be delivered by FedEx
  • If you wish to receive an SMS with a timed delivery slot, please enter your mobile number at checkout.

Do you offer next day delivery?

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer next day delivery to the EU.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not deliver to a PO Box
  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 2-4 working days.
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.

I just love the quality

"I just love the quality of this, its thin enough for layering with a shirt and gilet, but warm when its cold. My only quibble is i'd have liked it with the suede zip pull (as advertised) but for some reason it came with just a metal zip pull which is a shame as the suede ones just add a little something."

Smart and comfortable but sleeves too long

"The fabric is beautiful and extremely comfortable to wear and I bought both the pale mint and a coral shade last year, through a retailer who stocks your clothing. They look very smart on but my only grumble is the length of the sleeves. I'm a standard size 10-12 with quite long arms, but these sleeves were a full cuff length too long, even in the size 10 that I purchased. I've kept both and turn the cuff up fully and it is now fine for length, but it does mean the seam shows as lumpy on the outside."
