Can I amend my delivery address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please visit our withdrawal page or get in touch with our customer service team, who'll be happy to help. You can reach them via our contact page or by emailing support@schoffelcountry.com.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • Your order will be delivered by FedEx
  • If you wish to receive an SMS with a timed delivery slot, please enter your mobile number at checkout.

Do you offer next day delivery?

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer next day delivery to the EU.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not deliver to a PO Box
  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 2-4 working days.
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.

"Very happy with my purchase. Top marks on fabric quality. Hay doesn’t stick to it which is an unexpected blessing. Knowing I’ll be wearing it as a top layer over clothes I bought a size up. I’m a uk 12 but bought the 14. I was right and think the 12 would have been a bit snug over the top of jeans and pullover and the 14 allows a bit of freedom without being baggy or restrictive. The internal waist adjustment pulls the waist in so it is still figure hugging and looks well fitted."

"My wife is absolutely delighted with this Gilet fleece. It is very comfortable and warm with enough leather edging to make it different and stylish. We were prepared to make a long journey to see the fleece and try it on as we are not very keen on buying without trying. A phone call to Schoffel identified a close stockist and she was able to try the Gilet on for comfort - wrong colour though. We saw another Schoffel fleece in the right colour and finally purchased over the net. Delivery was within a couple of days - Happy bunnies!"

Thrilled with my new gilet!

"Thrilled with my new gilet! It is beautifully made and the attention to the small details make a real difference to how it looks and feels. Very soft and cosy and I love the gunmetal colour instead of the usual black. I feel the sizing is perhaps slightly on the small size. I usually wear a size 12 but would probably go up to 14 for a jacket as I might want several layers. In this instance the 16 was my choice and it’s perfect."

"I have wanted a gilet from you for a long time. My husband has one he loves - his was purchased in a shop rather than online. The stitching between zip and fleece on mine failed after one wear - I have repaired it. I am not seeking any compensation but you should look at strengthening stitching. Disappointing as an expensive piece of clothing."
