Who will deliver my parcel?

Do you offer next day delivery?

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer next day delivery to the EU.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not deliver to a PO Box
  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 2-4 working days.
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.

"This is my second Ketton jacket, I had the Ketton I , as I live on the borders of the Cairngorms in Scotland,its perfect for whatever the weather throws at you. My only downside was it went up by 10 overnight. Shame"
