Can I amend my delivery address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please visit our withdrawal page or get in touch with our customer service team, who'll be happy to help. You can reach them via our contact page or by emailing support@schoffelcountry.com.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • Your order will be delivered by FedEx
  • If you wish to receive an SMS with a timed delivery slot, please enter your mobile number at checkout.

Do you offer next day delivery?

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer next day delivery to the EU.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not deliver to a PO Box
  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 2-4 working days.
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.

"First Class service again from Schoffel Country as always. Yes Snipe2 jacket superb. I would say it has less insulation than the Snipe one which I bought 8-9 years ago. It’s lighter in weight but still the best out there. Bring on the rain !!"

Having recently bought the Whittington

"Having recently bought the Whittington version of this coat, I knew I was getting a top quality product which does exactly what it should. It keeps me dry and warm. The level of waterproofing and wind resistance is exceptional. I decided to buy this Snipe coat as a more day to day coat. The Whittington looks so stylish. Lo and behold, the Snipe is super stylish too. So I have two coats for all occasions. Happy Days."
