Delivery information

  • Orders placed using the standard delivery option will be delivered within 2-4 working days. If you have selected Next Day delivery at the checkout, your order will be delivered next working day if ordered before 2pm Monday - Thursday.
  • Your order will be delivered by DPD
  • Your item will be shipped from our distribution centre in the Midlands, UK.

FAQs

Can I amend my delivery address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team. You can reach them via our contact page or by support@schoffelcountry.com.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • Orders are delivered by DPD, with the exception of gift cards, which are sent via Royal Mail.
  • If you wish to receive an SMS with a timed delivery slot, please enter your mobile number at checkout.

Do you offer next day delivery?

  • Next day delivery is available for Mainland UK (excl. Scottish Highlands) on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday
  • Orders placed after the cut off of 2pm, will be dispatched the next working day, for delivery the following working day.
  • Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be dispatched the same day, but delivered on the following Monday.
  • Please note that Next Day delivery options are NOT available in: Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Northern Ireland & North of Aberdeen.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not deliver to a PO Box or BFPO addresses.
  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 2-4 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday, as orders will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or bank holidays.

How can I track my order?

  • To track your order, please click on the ‘Track my Order’ button on your ‘Order Dispatched’ email. This will directly link you to the DPD/Royal Mail website with your tracking number pre-filled.

"I loved the look of this coat but it just looked like I was wearing a man’s coat, there was no feminine styling to it. The fabric felt good but it was very thin and I couldn’t justify the cost despite the label."

A great coat but…. .

"As with most Schöffel gear, this is a great coat in many ways. It’s certainly thin but then it’s supposed to be a layering waterproof coat and not an insulated one. The problem for me arises in two ways. First there are no back vents or pleats to the coat which means it’s impossible to wear while riding. A big no no in a coat for me but probably not a deal breaker for many. The other issue is that there is no internal drawstring in the waist area or feminine design in any way which means it looks like you’re wearing a man’s coat which is a shame because we really are shaped differently! 🙈 However, the really big plus for me is that it comes in a size 6. All Schöffel coats run large in my experience so to have a rare 6 is a bonus. Just a shame it isn’t designed with a more feminine silhouette in mind."

Fended off a serious downfall!

"I am very pleased with this Teal Ultralight Coat. Good length, very lightweight and breathable, but also completely waterproof in a heavy downpour of rain. Perfect for spring, summer, autumn rainy days, also roomy enough to wear warm clothes underneath in winter. Great hood, large enough to protect the face from rain (in some other makes the hoods are quite skimpy). I will get very good use out if it. Highly recommended."
