Can I amend my delivery address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please visit our withdrawal page or get in touch with our customer service team, who'll be happy to help. You can reach them via our contact page or by emailing support@schoffelcountry.com.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • Your order will be delivered by FedEx
  • If you wish to receive an SMS with a timed delivery slot, please enter your mobile number at checkout.

Do you offer next day delivery?

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer next day delivery to the EU.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not deliver to a PO Box
  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 2-4 working days.
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.

How can I track my order?

Thank you for the size

"I am a size 18/20 tall and with long arms , normally I wouldn’t be able to purchase from nice companies like yourselves as they only go up to a size 16.It is refreshing to find you make the bigger sizes. However it has taken me a while to realise this as so often companies that sell your clothes do not stock the larger sizes. I have always wanted a navy schoffel waistcoat ……I could have purchased a men’s but I wanted a ladies…..now I realise I can buy one!"

The collar oversized for me.

"Sadly, I have had to return this shirt owing to the collar being too big for my petit frame. The fabric is fabulous. I ordered a size 12 which was far too big. Even with a size 10 the collar would have been oversized. Disappointing. Excellent return service by Royal Mail and I have received my refund. Thank you."
