"This looked beautiful out of the packaging. It was quite generous size so if between sizes, you could go down. The issue I had was with the zip. The two sides would not connect properly to be able to close the zip. I wore it once open and unfortunately noticed heavy pilling of the wool after only the one wear. Having to send back for refund unfortunately. But helpful customer services."

"Very disappointed as zip would not engage at all. Have asked for an exchange as it’s a nice gilet otherwise. Customer service told me several had the same problem and they couldn’t guarantee that the replacement would be ok so fingers crossed but not feeling very hopeful!"
