Who will deliver my parcel?

  • Your order will be delivered by FedEx
  • If you wish to receive an SMS with a timed delivery slot, please enter your mobile number at checkout.

Do you offer next day delivery?

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer next day delivery to the EU.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not deliver to a PO Box
  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

"I love these chinos. Fit like a glove (now that I have downsized). Nice shade of colour and great length for someone who is 5ft 2in. My one complaint is that ordered a 10 based on a previous order for chino shorts where the 10 fitted perfectly. The 10 in the chino trousers was huge and involved sending back and reordering a size 8 etc. consistency would be good!"
