Can I amend my delivery address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team. You can reach them via our contact page or by support@schoffelcountry.com.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • Orders are delivered by DPD, with the exception of gift cards, which are sent via Royal Mail.
  • If you wish to receive an SMS with a timed delivery slot, please enter your mobile number at checkout.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not deliver to a PO Box or BFPO addresses.
  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 2-4 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday, as orders will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or bank holidays.

How can I track my order?

  • To track your order, please click on the ‘Track my Order’ button on your ‘Order Dispatched’ email. This will directly link you to the DPD/Royal Mail website with your tracking number pre-filled.

"The size is off by a wide margin, I wear medium and the medium is looking like extra large on me. Love the quality but the size is a big let down. My second purchase and I am discouraged from making any more. The packaging is great but will still end up in the bin so not a factor for me."

"My husband ordered the wrong size and within 4 days we received another. The quality is excellent of the deck shirt and now fits perfectly. We do though advise that you go for your usual size as we used the size chart which was with the shirt and he came up measuring for a XXXL which obviously made my husband very depressed 😂 so we we sent it back to exchange for a XL which is his usual size"
