FAQs

Can I amend my delivery address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please visit our withdrawal page or get in touch with our customer service team, who'll be happy to help. You can reach them via our contact page or by emailing support@schoffelcountry.com.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • Your order will be delivered by FedEx
  • If you wish to receive an SMS with a timed delivery slot, please enter your mobile number at checkout.

Do you offer next day delivery?

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer next day delivery to the EU.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not deliver to a PO Box
  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 2-4 working days.
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.

How can I track my order?

  • To track your order, please click on the ‘Track my Order’ button on your ‘Order Dispatched’ email. This will directly link you to the Fed Ex website.

"You get what you pay for with Schoffel - absolute quality! No other shirts fit me and feel as good as what the Schoffel make does. I do always try to purchase when there are offers on although you have to be quick as they tend to sell out fast. Love the fit of this shirt too."

Schoffel customer service is excellent.

"Schoffel customer service is excellent. There was an issue with the DPD delivery, they were a complete nightmare, failed delivery to myself and pick up point and then delivered to completely the wrong address 10 miles away. Nadine at Schoffel intervened and sent out another shirt so it would arrive in time for a birthday present. It is good that Schoffel see the importance of good customer service through people and not AI."
