Can I amend my delivery address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • Your order will be delivered by FedEx
  • If you wish to receive an SMS with a timed delivery slot, please enter your mobile number at checkout.

Do you offer next day delivery?

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer next day delivery to the EU.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not deliver to a PO Box
  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 2-4 working days.
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.

"I have been using the Ptarmigan Ultralight and the Ketton coats for years and am a big fan of the Venturi based fabrics but always wanted something similar in Navy. This coat is exactly it. perfect fit, waterproof and windproof, a clean and smart style. It is an absolutely perfect combination of smart look and functional performance for spring and summer showers. Having lent against a newly painted white fence on the third day of wearing it I am not the delighted owner of TWO Egleton Jackets!"
