Can I amend my delivery address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please visit our withdrawal page or get in touch with our customer service team, who'll be happy to help. You can reach them via our contact page or by emailing support@schoffelcountry.com.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • Your order will be delivered by FedEx
  • If you wish to receive an SMS with a timed delivery slot, please enter your mobile number at checkout.

Do you offer next day delivery?

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer next day delivery to the EU.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not deliver to a PO Box
  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

  • Orders placed will be delivered within 2-4 working days.
  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.

I am relatively new to

"I am relatively new to this brand. I am happy to say that the quality of the garments is genuinely outstanding. The Cottesmore Fleece Jacket is fantastic, you can tell as soon as you take it out of the packaging that's it's well made. The fit is also as expected, fitted enough to give the fleece a little shape, but you can get an extra layer underneath if needed. It's really warm, but not too thick, which I imagine is due to the quality of the fleece. Great to see a YKK zip, that is double ended which is a really nice touch. Also good to see zips on both outer pockets and I honestly think this jacket works with either trainers and wellies if you want to dress it down, but also does not look out of place with shirts and boots. This fleece really does look and feel like a quality piece of clothing that will stand the test of time."
