Can I amend my delivery address?

  • At this time, we are unable to modify orders that have been placed.

Who will deliver my parcel?

  • Your order will be delivered by FedEx
  • If you wish to receive an SMS with a timed delivery slot, please enter your mobile number at checkout.

Do you offer next day delivery?

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer next day delivery to the EU.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

  • We do not deliver to a PO Box
  • For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

  • Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and will not be dispatched over the weekends or UK bank holidays.

"I really like the shape, fit and quality of this jumper. However, the arms are disproportionately long for size of the jumper. When looking at the website image, the sleeves do indeed look long on the model as he has them ruffled up. Unfortunately it would have been annoying as I would have been continuously tugging the sleeves up."
