Your parcel may require a signature. You can amend your delivery preferences with our courier once they have received your items.

We cannot guarantee any deliveries at weekends; our delivery times are weekdays only.


Can I return/exchange items purchased from your website to a stockist near me?

No, unfortunately not. These will need to be sent back to us directly.


Do you carry out repairs?

Yes, please contact us and we will inspect the damage and arrange for repair if this is possible.


Where can I find care instructions for my clothing?

The care instructions are printed on a label at the waist, or in some cases inside the chest pocket.


How do I care for my Schöffel clothing?

All our Schöffel clothing features the relevant washing instructions on the care label attached inside your garment or you can visit our product care page for more information.


How do I redeem an e-Gift card?
