Schöffel e-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1.      You can use a Schöffel eGift card to shop online at schoffelcountry.com (the Website) and can be used as part or full payment for any purchase made on the Website.

2.      Schöffel eGift cards are not able to be used on third-party websites or retail stores/shops.

3.      eGift cards will be emailed to you or your chosen recipient with your own personal message. You are responsible for providing the correct email address to which an eGift card is to be sent. We are not responsible for replacement of any eGift card that is missing or lost or being sent to an incorrect recipient due to an incorrect email address being provided to us when ordering the eGift card.

4.      You cannot use an eGift card to discharge indebtedness in respect of any credit card, nor can they be used for the purchase either directly or indirectly of any financial product or service, including Schöffel eGift cards.

5.      Please protect your eGift card and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged cards.

6.      The expiry date of the eGift card will be stated on it. If no expiry date is stated it will expire 24 months from purchase. We will not refund any balance remaining and we will invalidate the eGift card.

7.      eGift cards can only be purchased online via the Website with a minimum value of £25 and a maximum value of £1,000.

8.      eGift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9.      If you are using an eGift card online and the total order value is less than the value of the eGift card, any balance will remain on the eGift card and may be applied to future purchases, provided that the eGift card has not expired. For balance enquiries please use the link included on your gift card email. 

10.  Where goods you have purchased with an eGift card on our Website are subsequently exchanged for goods of a lower price or returned, monies owing will be refunded to an eGift card. This does not affect your statutory rights.

11.  If you place an order via the Website using an eGift card and subsequently cancel the order before delivery, monies owing will be refunded to your eGift card. This does not affect your statutory rights.

12.  We reserve the right to refuse to accept an eGift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.

13.  We reserve the right to amend the eGift card terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
