Tom Croft enjoyed a distinguished rugby career with Leicester Tigers, made a lasting mark on the international stage, and starred on the 2009 and 2013 British & Irish Lions tour. Renowned for his athleticism and lineout brilliance, he set standards for modern flankers before retiring in 2017. Since stepping away from the professional game, Tom has focused on life beyond rugby, developing new ventures and enjoying his fieldsports. He is now a land manager at Davidson Homes.

Throughout his career, Tom racked up an impressive list of honours. Over 12 seasons with Leicester Tigers, he made 173 first-team appearances and helped the club secure four Premiership titles. Between 2008 and 2015, he earned 40 England caps and was selected for two British & Irish Lions tours (2009 and 2013), scoring twice on his test debut against South Africa.
Tom’s 2012/13 season was especially remarkable – he bounced back from a serious neck injury, returned to form, and played a key role as Leicester lifted the Premiership trophy. His resilience and leadership on the field were widely admired, and though he never captained England, his presence was central to his club and country.
Tom has supported numerous charities throughout and after his sporting career, including the Lewis Moody Foundation and the Matt Hampson Foundation, among others.
