Atlanta is a private chef based between London and Oxfordshire, specialising in seasonal, produce-led cooking with a focus on vibrant, sharing-style bespoke menus. She originally started her career in marketing but began sharing her food online for fun during lockdown, which quickly turned into private chef work. Since then, she has cooked for clients across the UK and internationally, from long-term stays in the Alps to private villas in the Bahamas, as well as supper clubs and collaborations.

“I love working with Schöffel as a British brand – it really resonates with my connection to the countryside and a more seasonal way of living. As I spend more time between kitchens and being outdoors, it feels like a very natural fit for both my work and day-to-day life.”
My cooking is heavily inspired by the seasons and the places I’m cooking in. I love creating menus built around beautiful produce – whether that’s British asparagus in spring, tomatoes in the height of summer, or the ingredients I find while travelling for work.
I think people would describe my style as relaxed, generous and produce-led, with a focus on making simple ingredients feel special. Vegetables are often at the centre of my menus, from raw asparagus salads and slow-roasted leeks to vibrant sharing dishes designed for long lunches and relaxed suppers with friends.
