Free UK Standard Delivery

Deliveries will usually be made within 3-5 working days after you have placed your order [excluding Weekends].

UK Standard Delivery is free for all orders.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a Bank Holiday, in this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 7pm and a signature will be required on receipt.

If you are not present to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how youi can pick it up.

*Please enter your mobile number when placing your order if you would like to receive a "predict SMS" notifying you of a one hour delivery window.

 

UK Next Day Delivery

The cost of UK Next Day Delivery is £5.95.

If you order by midday, Monday to Thursday, you will receive your goods the next day.

If you order by midday on Friday you will receive your goods on the following Monday.

If you order anytime on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your goods on the Tuesday.

Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be deliver 2 working days later.

Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 7pm and a signature will be required on receipt.

If you are not present to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

Next Day Delivery is not avaliable to the following: Europe, Rep of Ireland and some parts of Scotland.

 

European Delivery

We offer standard delivery to the following European countries at a flat rate fee of £6.95:

  • Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal & Spain.

Delivery to other European countries can be arranged but will be quoted by contacting opur Customer Services Team.

Delivery can be expected 7-14 days after your order has been placed.

 

International Delivery

We offer International delivery at a charge of £12.95.

Goods may be returned for a refund within 28 days, however we do not offer exchanges on any International orders.

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

 

Additonal Delivery Information

When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as most couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm and will require a signature on receipt.

For orders being sent outside the EU, VAT is deducted from the price when a non-EU delivery address is selected.

Any customes or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

Christmas Delivery Information

During this challenging year, our Warehouse and Customer service team are committed to getting your Christmas gifts to you in time for the big day. We have spoken to our couriers who are working just as hard to make your deliveries happen, they have also recommended that you order your Christmas gifts as early as possible.

Any orders placed after Friday 18th December cannot be guaranteed to get under your tree for the big day.

                           

UK Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you have 28 days to return your item/s for a refund. Items must be returned subject to the following conditions:

-  Returned items must not be worn, soiled or damaged in any way, and must be 'as sold'.

-  You do not need to contact us to notify us of your return unless the item is faulty.

-  Goods must be packaged securely to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

-  The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with you until our courier is in receipt of the goods.

-  All returns must be sent using the return form included with your item(s). If you have lost your orignal returns form, you can download a new one here.

-  UK returns are free and you can click here to generate your free Royal Mail tracked returns label. Enter your order number and delivery address to create your label and then simply frop off at your local Post Office.

-  Customers exchanging goods will not be charged the delivery charge on their new order. 

-  Your original method of payment will be credited once item/s are received and are in an appropriate condition.

-  All returns must include our order reference number and any applicable contact information.

 

US Delivery & Returns - (When ordering directly from our US website)

All customs and duty charges are included in the prices stated on the website.

Cost of delivery to the US is $14.95.

A signature will be required upon delivery for all services.

All other delivery information applies as above.

Goods may be returned for a refund within 28 days of receipt unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges on goods delivered to the US.

All returns must be sent using the return invoice and pre-paid returns address label provided in your delivery. This pre-paid label has been provided at a subsidised rate to make returing goods more cost effective for you as the customer. Your original payment method will be credited once returned items are received and are in an appropriate condition, minus the postage charge of $14.95 for the return label provided.

You do not need to contact us to notify us or your return unless the item is faulty or is outside of our 28 day policy

The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with you until our courier, (as per the pre-paid returns address label) is in receipt of the goods.

 

Christmas Returns Policy

Due to the COVID pandemic, we know that many of our customers will be preparing for Christmas earlier this year. For any orders placed between 1st October and 25th December 2020, we will gladly process a return on any items in these orders until Friday 29th January 2021. Items must not have been worn, soiled or damaged in any way, and must be 'as sold'.
