UK Delivery & Returns

Our opening hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) 

Orders will not be processed over the weekend until the next working day, we cannot guarantee that orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on a Saturday.

Costs of Delivery -         £4.95 UK Standard Delivery for orders under £100 - (2-3 Working days

                                      FREE UK Standard Delivery on orders over £100 - (2-3 Working days)

                                      £5.95 UK Next Working Day Delivery (Order Before midday to guarantee)

                                      £6.95 European Delivery - (7-10 Working Days)

                                      £12.95 International Delivery

Please enter your mobile number to receive a 'Predict SMS' notifying you of a 1-hour delivery window. A signature will be required upon delivery for all services.

-  Please note we do not deliver on bank holidays.

-  Any orders placed on a bank holiday do not qualify for next day delivery but will be dispatched within 2 working days.

-  Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

- Please note, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

COVID-19 Update

Schoffel Country has strong contingency plans in place to ensure our customers’ deliveries arrive with them when expected.

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we have been working closely with our couriers and following the guidance of Public Health England and the World Health Organisation to minimise the risks to our customers and our employees at work.

Returns

Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase and subject to the following conditions:

-  Returned items must not be worn, soiled or damaged in any way, and must be 'as sold'.

-  You do not need to contact us to notify us of your return unless the item is faulty or is outside of our 90-day policy.

-  Goods must be packaged securely to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

-  The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with you until our courier is in receipt of the goods.

-  All returns must be sent using the return form included with your item(s).

-  We recommend you return by registered post. 

-  Goods are returned to us at your cost. 

-  Customers exchanging goods will not be charged the delivery charge on their new order. 

-  Your credit card will be credited once item/s are received and are in an appropriate condition.

-  All returns must include our order reference number and any applicable contact information.

Extended Returns Period | COVID-19

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering extended 90 day returns to all of our online customers for items purchased before 09/06/2020.

 

USA Delivery & Returns

A signature will be required upon delivery for all services.

-  Please note we do not deliver on bank holidays.

-  Any orders placed on a bank holiday will be dispatched within 2 working days.

-  The prices stated are in US Dollars and include customs and duty charges.

-  Goods may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt, unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges on goods delivered to the USA.

-  Returned items must not be worn, soiled or damaged in any way, and must be 'as sold'. 

-  You do not need to contact us to notify us of your return unless the item is faulty or is outside of our 14-day policy. 

-  Goods must be packaged securely to ensure they are not damaged in transit. 

-  The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with you until our courier (as per the pre-paid returns address label) is in receipt of the goods. 

-  All returns must be sent using the return invoice and pre-paid returns address label provided in your delivery. This pre-paid label has been provided at a subsidised rate to make returning goods more cost effective for you as the customer.

-  Your credit/debit card or PayPal account will be credited once returned items are received and are in an appropriate condition minus the postage charge of $14.95 for the return label provided.
